How do I book a shoot?

To book a session, please fill out the form above and be as descriptive as possible! Availability will depend on the amount of time in advance you desire to schedule a session so give as much notice as possible! Fall sessions fill very early in the year so inquire sooner than later. After I learn your needs, we'll work on selecting a date and location.

How do you pick a location?

Location is one of the most important factors of a successful session. I have worked in many parks and beaches that allow photography and will recommend options to you based on where you live and how far you desire to travel.

What if it rains?

Postponing a shoot due to weather is very normal thing. Weather is the only unavoidable factor during a session and while I desire a partly cloudy, 65 degree, low humidity evening, I can't avoid or predict what the weather will do. I purposely leave my schedule flexible enough to be able to offer the inevitable reschedule due to weather within a short time of your originally scheduled date. I typically urge a client to reschedule due to rain, extreme heat, extreme cold, or generally uncomfortable conditions. Sweat or tears don't make for good family photos!

How many images will I receive?

All of my sessions (unless otherwise specified) include 20 digital images of your choosing. I'll edit the photos from your session and share the password protected gallery with you a few weeks after your session. You'll have the opportunity to select your 20 favorites and download right from your gallery. Additional files are $40 each or your gallery can be purchased in its entirety for $300

Where are you based?

The majority of my sessions are held in the Newark, Delaware area including surrounding areas like Wilmington and Elkton, Maryland. Clients who desire a location outside of this 20 mile radius (from 19711) will be charged standard mileage rates.

Do you travel?

The short answer is, YES! If you have an idea for a session at a location specific to your desires, let me know! I'd love to talk about making it happen!

What is your turnaround time?

While there is no guarantee, I am to deliver a client's gallery within 2-3 weeks of your scheduled session. I try to be clear in communicating any delays that may occur due to a busy season or illness.

Do you ever offer discounts?

Other than my annual holiday sale (typically runs from Thanksgiving until Christmas), my prices remain the same. Mini sessions are scheduled 2-3 times a year and are advertised on my Facebook and Instagram accounts.
