FAMILY SESSIONS

The idea of family photos for many people produces anxiety and dread. Will my toddler melt down? Will my husband play along? Will it rain? Will we pick the right clothes? Will I be stressed and yelling at my kids to cooperate? While some of those things are unavoidable, I work hard to put client's minds at ease and strive to make their session a fun, relaxed experience. With the exception of the handful of faithful clients that book a session every year, most families show up either having never had their photos taken or not having them taken for a very long time. I get it. Photo sessions aren't cheap. I understand the stakes for investing in family photos and I always aim to capture priceless moments in beautiful locations that you'll cherish for a lifetime.

What I value about family photos for my clients is what I now understand more fully as my own kids grow. Toddlers turn into teenagers at breakneck speed. Life brings changes that will forever alter who gets in front of the camera. Stopping time, one click of the shutter at a time will be some of the most rewarding work I do for my clients. Natural posing and interactive prompts combined with seeking out the best light and setting I can find is what makes the product I provide to families different.
